CLEAR offers information, advice and guidance for refugees, people seeking safety and their families. We are able to help with the following:

We offer specialist help with asylum support and immigration issues for people seeking asylum and refugees (OISC Level One only).

Due to limited capacity, we are no longer able to provide advice to those with British Citizenship – please contact Citizens Advice if you need help.

We work with a range of other agencies to provide the best outcomes for our clients, so in some cases we may talk to you about a referral to another organisation to get further help.

We are unable to help with immigration applications for refugee settlement (protection route), further leave to remain on human rights grounds or discretionary leave.
